In this section I present a series of vessels that I made using the construction technique.
The creation of such vessels represents a great challenge and requires extensive knowledge of ceramic technology, as it always depends on the right time to decide when and where to continue building.
That’s why it makes sense to work on several vessels in parallel.
This time depends on the weather, room temperature, humidity and air movement in the room. In addition, the drying process must be monitored closely as the enormous mass and weight can cause sagging. In other words, the higher the construction section,
the drier it must become towards the ground.
(......and despite everything, it must be ensured that the mass
remains plastic, no tension occurs and does not tear.)

Here you can clearly see the individual work steps in construction technology and how you can influence the drying process.

I designed this vase in Bauhaus style, manufactured it using construction technology and released it for reproduction via the Majolika Manufaktur product line.

Presented here as a raw master mold model, adopted in the manufacturer's product range under various glazes, as well as terra colors.

Here I illustrate the targeted control of drying , which also requires a lot of improvisational talent in the choice of means and their production.
